What to include

For corrections: the page URL, the sentence you think is wrong, and a source if you have one. For new-site ideas: the question you could not get answered elsewhere.

What gets the fastest reply

For example: a correction with the page URL and a source link gets verified first. Vague reports ("this feels off") still get read, but they take longer to check.

Common mistake: reporting a wrong date or number without the page URL. Many of our pages look alike, so the URL is what lets us find the sentence in one look.
